GreenwoodRoche has appointed Nick Dunn as a principal in its Wellington office.

Nick specialises in commercial and property law, with particular experience in large-scale acquisitions and divestments, commercial leasing, infrastructure projects and commercial contract negotiations.

He was admitted as a barrister and solicitor in December 2003.
