NZ LAW Limited has announced the appointment of two new directors, Scott Donaldson of Queenstown and Bronwyn Hantz of Auckland. Their appointments were confirmed at the group’s Annual General Meeting on 10 October 2025.

Scott Donaldson is a director at Mactodd Lawyers in Queenstown, where he practises in commercial, property, and private client law. His clients include property developers, business owners, and investors across the South Island. In addition to his legal practice, Scott has ownership and governance experience in the hospitality and property sectors.
Bronwyn Hantz is a partner at Daniel Overton Goulding, with offices in Onehunga and Pukekohe. Her practice focuses on private client and commercial law, including business structuring, contract drafting, asset planning, and property transactions. She also regularly acts for lenders in construction and private lending arrangements. Outside of her legal work, Bronwyn is an elected parent representative on the board of an Auckland intermediate school.
NZ LAW Chair Shehan de Silvaalso acknowledged the contribution of retiring directors Amanda Crehan and Sam Walker, who each served six years on the board.
