Wellington litigation firm Parker & Associates has appointed a new partner and promoted two associates.

James Wollerman. 

James Wollerman was appointed partner in September 2018.

James specialises in civil litigation and alternative dispute resolution with a focus on construction, insurance and property related disputes.

He has extensive experience representing clients in property damage and insurance claims arising from defective design and construction work.

Danielle Thorne. 

Danielle Thorne has been appointed an associate.

Danielle joined Parker & Associates in January 2015, and since then has regularly represented clients in complex, multi-party construction related disputes.

She has particular expertise acting for clients in representative class actions.

Michael Riordan. 

Michael Riordan has been appointed an associate.

He joined Parker & Associates in February 2018 and specialises in civil litigation, with a particular focus on trust and company disputes.

Michael also has a background in resource management and local government law.
