Juliet has over a decade’s experience advising insurer clients in New Zealand, with a background in insurance litigation in New South Wales and England. 

She specialises in providing indemnity advice and litigation representation on behalf of a wide range of clients at all levels of Court as well as various specialist Tribunals and professional bodies. She also has a particular focus on professional indemnity and construction claims. 

Juliet is also a member of the Law Society’s Civil Litigation and Tribunals Committee.
