Rachel Mould.

Rachel joined Claro in early 2020 after completing her Master of Health Law at the University of Sydney and having worked as a law clerk in the medical negligence litigation team of a large New South Wales personal injury law firm. Rachel is based in Claro’s Christchurch office and advises on a wide range of health sector issues including professional discipline, ACC and treatment injuries, coronial inquiries, applications for treatment orders, capacity and consent issues, and Health and Disability Commissioner investigations.
