Richard acts for both public and private sector clients on disputes involving issues of civil, commercial and public law. He also has an advisory practice, and has particular expertise in investigations, insolvency disputes and administrative law.

Before joining Luke Cunningham Clere Richard worked for a major international law firm in Perth and Melbourne, having begun his career at a large New Zealand firm.
