Sue Brown has announced the formation of Sue Brown Solutions to meet client need for pragmatic, commercial and "right sized" solutions to complex and challenging issues in the regulatory, government and corporate areas.

Sue has over 25 years' experience in the United Kingdom, Australia and New Zealand, as both a legal practitioner and a senior leader in the regulatory sector.

At the Financial Markets Authority she played a key role in shaping and delivering the FMA's regulatory approach to the Financial Markets Conduct Act.
