Anthony Harper has promoted two lawyers in its Christchurch office to the partnership.

Jackie Behrnes. 

Jackie Behrnes joined the firm’s employment team in early 2017.

She has worked as a specialist employment lawyer in the United Kingdom and New Zealand and has extensive experience in employment law.

Jackie has a particular expertise in senior executive employment issues, redundancy, personal grievances, disciplinary processes, employment agreements and dispute resolution.

Megan Compton. 

Megan Compton is in the corporate advisory team and joined the firm in 2015 as a senior associate after practising in large national and international practices in Auckland and London.

She specialises in corporate and commercial law services including mergers and acquisitions, commercial agreements and intellectual property advice.

Megan has a particular interest in the tourism sector.
