Toni began her legal career in 2017, following a period working in real estate. She joined The Firm in 2024 as a Legal Executive while completing her law degree and was admitted as a Barrister and Solicitor of the High Court of New Zealand in 2025. 

Her practice includes conveyancing, commercial law, family law, estates, and employment law. Toni is a member of both the Family Law Section and the Property Law Section. 

A Tauranga local, Toni is committed to serving the community in which she grew up.
