Fair Way is looking for expressions of interest from dispute resolution professionals with significant experience in conducting investigations.

Fair Way – kia tau conduct numerous investigations annually, both ad hoc and contracted, for a range of organisations across Aotearoa New Zealand. Experienced investigators who wish to contract to Fair Way are a key part of our model, and we are pleased to offer this opportunity to join our growing investigator panel.

About this opportunity

Fair Way is seeking a diverse panel of investigators. This includes demographic and geographic diversity as well as experience working with people from a variety of backgrounds.

Workplace Investigators will be:

• independent and professional, being contracted through Fair Way
• licensed employment investigators with the Private Security Personnel Licensing Authority or will be exempt (for example, lawyers are exempt as they hold an appropriate practicing certificate under another Act)
• able to demonstrate their experience and expertise in workplace investigations.
