Our Optimising Performance and Wellbeing monthly webinars are available for the legal profession from June to November.
Designed in partnership with workplace wellbeing services provider Optimally, this series tackles the wellbeing crisis and empowers legal practitioners to thrive in their roles with greater confidence, balance, and psychological sustainability.
Optimising Performance and Wellbeing comprises five one-hour lunchtime sessions where attendees will learn about practical, evidence-based strategies for managing stress, addressing performance-related anxiety, coping with emotional fatigue, and fostering a supportive professional environment.
Each webinar includes a 45-minute presentation by topic experts, followed with 15 minutes of Q&A where participants are invited to engage more deeply with the content and relate the learning to their own legal practices.
Choose to attend the webinars that resonate most for you. Registrations are for each webinar, not the series.
