Shaun becomes a partner in the Christchurch litigation team. Shaun specialises in employment law, industrial relations, human rights, privacy, and health and safety, as well as dispute resolution and regulatory enforcement. He has experience working across a diverse range of industries, including public sector, local government, private businesses and charities. 

Shaun regularly appears in the Employment Relations Authority and the Employment Court. 

Shaun is also an Association of Workplace Investigators certificate holder and can investigate matters such as bullying, harassment, employee theft, breaches of health and safety and other issues.
