Harmans appoints Rebecca Kettle as Partner
Harmans has appointed Rebecca Kettle as a Partner in the Commercial and Property Law team.
Rebecca joined Harmans in 2018 after obtaining a first-class honours degree from Otago and gaining experience at a national law firm. Part of the Commercial and Property Law team, Rebecca specialises in business and commercial law, franchising, residential and commercial property, and asset protection. Rebecca has a particular passion for property development projects, including large-scale subdivisions, and regularly advises on property transactions, leasing, shareholder agreements, and asset protection.
Rebecca is an active member of the Property Council of New Zealand and the Canterbury Women’s Legal Association. She is an advocate for gender equality in the profession and recently championed enhancements to Harmans’ parental leave policy. Rebecca is also part of Harmans’ technology team and is involved in the firm’s adoption of new technologies, including AI, for the benefit of clients.
