Gerard Dewar, one of the founding partners of TDSL, is retiring from the partnership at the end of 2025, but will remain with the firm as a Consultant in the civil litigation team. 

David Bleier, previously a Senior Barrister, has joined the firm as Special Counsel in the civil litigation team. 

Hannah Nelson and Lucy Kirkpatrick have been made Associates of the firm. They both work predominantly in the Family Law and Criminal areas of practice and both have significant Court practices. 

Brenda Rawson, the firm's Senior Legal Executive and a Fellow of LENZ, is now also a Registered Conveyancer with NZSOC.
