Signing up to the Gender Equality Charter enables signatories to make a public statement of their commitment to improving gender equality and inclusion. Charter signatories are part of a community committed to improving gender equality and inclusion that will lead, develop and share best practice for the benefit of the legal profession.
161 legal workplaces have signed up to the Gender Equality Charter. The following law firms, barristers, barristers’ chambers, lawyers and in-house legal teams have completed the sign up process, which includes completing a baseline survey and giving consent for their names to be published on the Law Society’s website:
