Argument Analyser, an AI tool from LexisNexis, analyses legal documents, passages and search queries and returns recommendations from LexisNexis' caselaw database, CaseBase®, on relevant case law and legal issues, as well as downloadable authorities and citation analysis.

Any documents you uploaded to Argument Analyser will be processed by Argument Analyser only for the purposes of generating case recommendations, extracting legal issues and cases and legislation citations, and providing analysis of those citations to you during your session. They will not be used for algorithm training. Uploaded documents and passages will be temporarily stored in the application during each user session and will be completely removed from Argument Analyser within 24 hours.

You have sole responsibility for your research and for ensuring that any results are appropriately referenced including, if required, a disclaimer that your results were supported by AI.
