Registered Legal Executive - Property and Development

We currently have a role available in our Property and Development team for an experienced Legal Executive. 

This role requires experience in the property area with some knowledge of the process around property development work. 

  1. residential and commercial property acquisition and disposal (including off the plan sales); 

  1. land development and subdivisions; and 

  1. residential conveyancing.

We would like you to be part of our fantastic team if you have the following skills: 

  • Strong property & conveyancing experience 

  • Solid Landonline experience in searching, setting up and releasing e-dealings 

  • Knowledge of practice management systems and Trust Account Software would be advantageous 

  • Strong client service philosophy both in-house and with clients 

  • Excellent attention to detail 

  • Pragmatic thinker – solutions focussed 

  • Efficient with excellent time management skills and knowledge of time recording 

  • Ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team 

  • Sense of humour
