We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Legal Executive to join our growing property team in Wānaka.

About the role 

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years’ experience as a Legal Executive in New Zealand.  

You will be involved in key aspects of our property and private client practice, including advising on the sale and acquisition of residential and commercial property, trusts, asset planning and estate administration. 

This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a dynamic and forward-thinking team. You will receive the benefit of working in a supportive environment with supervision from our highly experienced property and private client team. 

What we are looking for in a candidate 

  • A Registered Legal Executive with 5+ years' conveyancing experience;  

  • Confidence running conveyancing files from start to finish; 

  • Experience with trusts, enduring power of attorney, estate planning/administration is ideal but not essential; 

  • Strong communication skills with a strength in building client relationships; 

  • Someone who is a practical thinker who is highly accurate and detail focused; 

  • Someone with a confident, pro-active and enthusiastic approach to their work; and 

  • A motivated worker with the ability to work collaboratively to deliver results.
