About the Role 

As our Senior Solicitor/Team Lead, you’ll guide and mentor junior lawyers while managing a diverse portfolio of work. Your primary focus will be Conveyancing and Estates, but experience across Commercial, Trusts, Employment, and Relationship Property will be highly valued. You’ll play a key role in shaping the future of our practice and delivering exceptional service to our clients. 

Reporting to the Managing Director and Practice Manager.  

What We’re Looking For 

• 5–10+ years PQE in Conveyancing and Estates with a current Practicing Certificate 
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills 
• Experience in Commercial, Trusts, Wills, Employment, and Relationship Property will be highly regarded 
• Technically capable lawyer who executes high-quality and high-volume work 
• Ability to manage complex matters with confidence and care 
• Strong work ethic with a solution-focused mindset 
• Collaborative approach and commitment to client service with a professional and personable manner 
• Motivated to improves practices and attract new clients and networks 
• Proven track record of meeting financial targets
