Role Purpose 

Deliver first-class legal services to clients in a timely and effective manner, positively impacting the client experience and public perception of Keam Standen. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Legal Services: Manage files and matters across private client, and trust work, including conveyancing, settlements, subdivisions, estate planning, and trust administration. 
  • Client Relationships: Build strong, professional relationships with clients, providing exceptional client care and timely, effective communication. 
  • Practice Management: Maintain systematic file management, ensure compliance with AML and other regulatory requirements, and meet deadlines. 
  • Financial Management: Handle invoicing, reconciliation, and trust account procedures in line with firm policies. 
  • Team Collaboration:  Liaise with directors, solicitors, and all staff, contributing positively to the team environment. 
  • Continuous Improvement: Pursue ongoing professional development and embrace new technologies and systems (eg. Microsoft Office, Landonline, Infinitylaw). 

Experience & Qualifications:

  • Qualified Solicitor with at least 3+ years’ PQE experience or Senior Legal Executive. 
  • Proven experience managing own files for conveyancing, estate planning and trust matters. 
  • Experience with commercial and/or company transactions a bonus. 
  • Strong client service, communication, and organisational skills. 
  • Familiarity with practice management systems and AML requirements. 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with Landonline and Infinitylaw advantageous. 
  • Commitment to ongoing learning and professional growth.
