1. Log in with your lawyer ID (six digit number that is on your practising certificate) and password.
2. Click on the item “CPD” on the left hand list of menu items.
3. Tick the box corresponding to the CPD year for which you wish to make a declaration.
4. Click on “Save” to complete your declaration.

Under exceptional circumstances, permission to defer the CPD requirements may be granted. To apply, download the form Application for a deferment of CPD requirements to a subsequent practice year for submission.
