The membership year runs from 1 July to 30 June.

For the 2024/25 year, New Zealand Law Society membership includes membership to a section of your choice. To join the Family Law Section, please complete the New Zealand Law Society Membership registration form and select the option for Family Law Section membership.

If you are already a Law Society member and wish to join the Family Law Section, please email membership@lawsociety.org.nz.

Law Society membership is $290 plus GST and includes membership to one section (Family Law Section, Property Law Section, or ILANZ). Additional Section membership is $100 plus GST.

• FLS associate membership fee $243.75 (inclusive of GST)
