If you are an existing member, the fee for your 2025/26 membership subscription will automatically renew and be included in the invoice for your practising certificate which will be issued in May. The membership year is from 1 July to 30 June.
The Law Society membership subscription fee for 2025/26 is $300 + GST. It includes membership to one section (eligibility criteria apply). Membership continues to be complimentary for lawyers in the first two years of practice.
Members who have already enjoyed the complimentary subscription available to lawyers in their first two years of practice must renew for 2025/26 to continue their membership.
