Gender Equality Charter Signatories

Signing up to the Gender Equality Charter enables signatories to make a public statement of their commitment to improving gender equality and inclusion. Charter signatories are part of a community committed to improving gender equality and inclusion that will lead, develop and share best practice for the benefit of the legal profession.

Since 2018, 161 legal workplaces have signed up to the Gender Equality Charter. Due to dissolutions and mergers, the number of currently active signatories are the following 129 law firms, barristers, barristers’ chambers, lawyers and in-house legal teams have completed the sign up process, completed a baseline survey and gave consent for their names to be published on the Law Society’s website:
