Research charges

• $20 per document, plus photocopying
• $46 per 15-minute unit of legal research, plus photocopying
• 30c per page for photocopying

Urgent fee

• $30 per document, plus photocopying (within 2 hours)
• $70 per 15-minute unit of legal research, plus photocopying (within 24 hours)

Note: Provision of urgent research will depend on sufficient capacity at the time a request is made

Additional charges

$12 per item for:

• reference checking
• liaison with other libraries

AI generated citations:

• research charges ($46 per 15-minute unit) apply for searches for fictitious cases otherwise a $20 per document fee will apply

Inter-library loans

Items requested from another library:

• $50 for non urgent interloan
• $70 for urgent interloan
• International Interloans: $50 plus extra charges by supplying library

Requests supplied to other libraries:

• $25 for non urgent supply
• $50 for urgent supply

Gowns for daily court use

• Daily hire of $18 per working day
